Assist with end-user workstation deployment, including image configuration, operating system updates, software installation, and physical workspace setup.

Execute routine system maintenance tasks, patch deployments, and hardware health audits to ensure device reliability and performance standards.

Assist in user identity lifecycle management, including account provisioning, access permissions, password resets, and deprovisioning within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) / Okta and Google Workspace.

Promote organizational cybersecurity awareness by adhering to enterprise security protocols, monitoring basic endpoint protection alerts, and reporting potential vulnerabilities.

Asset & License Management

Maintain an accurate inventory of corporate hardware assets, software licenses, peripherals, and lifecycle tracking metrics.

Process hardware intake, asset tagging, secure disposal preparation, and log transfers using the enterprise Asset Management System (AMS).

Projects & Technical Documentation

Collaborate on infrastructure projects, system upgrades, cross-functional technology integrations, and process optimization initiatives.

Author, edit, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and end-user self-service guides.
