What You’ll Do
– Assist in managing landscape installation and design-build projects from pre-construction through completion.
– Coordinate with landscape architects, developers, architects, owners, consultants, and general contractors.
– Review landscape plans, irrigation plans, hardscape details, grading plans, and construction documents.
– Participate in project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost tracking.
– Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews.
– Attend jobsite meetings and assist with project coordination.
– Prepare RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation.
– Help maintain project schedules while ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
– Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
– Learn every aspect of landscape construction management while working on award-worthy projects.
