Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting services and innovative recommendations to clients.
- Instruct and oversee A&A Staff, expanding technical knowledge.
- Prepare/review financial statements and conduct general audit procedures.
- Assist in running client engagements, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Partners, Managers, and Staff on client management and development activities.
- Lead client meetings and mentor associates and interns.
- Attend professional development sessions regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting.
- CPA certification or working towards it, with 3+ years of audit experience.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software, general ledger packages, and computerized audit applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
