Kinetix Solutions is seeking a motivated and professional recent college graduate to join our team as an Inside Technical Account Manager (Inside TAM). This position is ideal for candidates with a degree from a College of Business who are interested in technology, client relationship management, cybersecurity, and business operations.
The Inside TAM serves as a relationship coordinator and client advocate, helping ensure our managed IT services clients receive proactive communication, excellent service, and strategic guidance. This role works closely with clients, engineers, leadership, and support teams to help coordinate projects, track service needs, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
No prior IT industry experience is required. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, professionalism, organization, and a willingness to learn technology and managed IT services.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary communication point for assigned client accounts
Build professional relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
Assist with scheduling and coordinating client meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategy discussions
Track client requests, open issues, project updates, and follow-up items
Work closely with technical support and engineering teams to ensure client needs are addressed
Help communicate technical recommendations and project updates in business-friendly language
Review service reports, support trends, and account activity with leadership
Assist with documentation, account organization, and internal coordination
Learn and understand managed IT services, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, networking, and cloud technologies
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
Maintain accurate notes and communication records within company systems
Participate in ongoing training related to technology, cybersecurity, customer service, and business operations
